High Grade Steel and Precision Milling
Our traditional machining team took possession of the broken parts and immediately began the rebuild process. To guarantee exceptional strength and wear resistance under extreme pressure our machinists selected high grade EN24T steel for the new units. We precision turned the blanks before expertly cutting the replacement gear teeth to a precise four diametral pitch. This meticulous attention to detail ensures the new components will easily handle the demanding workload.
Secure Installation and Zero Premium Rates
Completing this mechanical overhaul required exact fitting tolerances. One of the newly machined gears was secured using a taper lock bush to provide absolute stability during heavy operation.
