Viking Centre Lathe

Recently a client needed a replacement cross-slide leadscrew that was no longer available to buy, we were able to reverse engineer the component, cutting a trapezoidal left-hand thread (19mm) and manufacturing a matching phosphor bronze nut from scratch.

Casper Shipping

We recently took on a bespoke manufacture project for Casper Shipping to create a specific EPIRB pedestal bracket that didn’t exist off-the-shelf. Our in house design team designed the unit from scratch with CAD before passing the model through to our fabrication team who were able to manufacture the product within 7 hours using overhead cranes and precision welding.
